Redcliffe Labs launches a state-of-the-art laboratory in Pune

PUNE: Redcliffe Labs, a unit of Redcliffe Lifetech in the U.S. and India, recently announced the opening of a new lab in Lohegaon, for the residents of Pune, making it the second lab in Maharashtra.

The new state-of-the-art lab, which spans 1700 square feet, is staffed with highly skilled and qualified pathologists and technicians and will conduct more than 500 tests in-house, ranging from 1000 health packages every day to high-end molecular testing. The lab sends out all diagnostic test reports within 24 hours after receiving the sample. In addition, Redcliffe Labs provides a home collection service, ensuring that tests can be booked by customers within 1 min and the sample is collected within 1 hr on the same day.

Along with routine diagnostic services, the Pune Lab will also offer genetic counseling services to patients through a certified genetics expert.

The Pune Lab is equipped with the newest technology and a wide range of tests from all streams, including biochemistry, hematology, immunoassays, serology, clinical pathology, and others.

The brand-new facility is up and running and has started taking samples. The mobile app also allows users to walk in and book tests from the convenience of their homes with a simple click.

Redcliffe Labs’ founder, Dheeraj Jain, commented on the opening of the new lab, saying,

Because of the quick turnaround time of reporting that comes from being close to the customer, the number of customers who can be served will significantly increase. In order to provide last-mile service delivery, we started home collection last year and will open labs in a number of locations over the next 12 months. “

With its 3500+ test menu, research-backed genetics, grass-roots camps, home comfort collection, and hospital lab management, Redcliffe Labs aims to set the bar higher by providing patients with a comprehensive diagnostic platform in India.
