She also bagged the subtitle of Mrs. Confident 2022 at the same pageant
DUBAI: To win one pageant was her dream. Little did she know that not one, but she would be a winner at two pageants in less than a month. That’s not all – she walked away with the crown at an international platform too! This is Nashik’s Manatee Birari Jadhav.
“My dream came true when I got the opportunity to participate at the prestigious DIVA Pageants ‘Mrs. West India – Empress of West India 2022’ – Season 4, held at Hyatt Pune, recently. Here I won two subtitles -Mrs. West India Catwalk2022 & Mrs. Best Dressed 2022 in the Silver category”, smiles Manasee who was the youngest amongst 33 finalists at the glittering finale.
This win and the confidence gained prepared her to take the big leap to Dubai to be a part of the Mrs. India International 2022 pageant. About 200 spectators and officials, including eminent personalities from Dubai, witnessed the grand finale of the pageant. Eminent personalities from India, Dubai, Ukraine, Malaysia, and London were among the jury members to select the best contestant among the finalists. And Manasee was overwhelmed when her name was announced for the title Mrs. India International World 2022 and the subtitle of Mrs. Confident 2022, in the presence of His Excellency Suhail Mohammad Al Zarooni. She was crowned by Her Excellency Mona Al Mansoori. Nataliya Shelepnytska Mrs. Europe and Mr. Adeel Aljaboori, UN First Council of Iraq in Dubai were present as Chief Guests. The competition was organized by Milestone CEO Mr. M. Malik.
“My journey to success began with DIVA Pageants undoubtedly. I owe my achievements to my mentors, Anjana and Karl Mascarenhas, who are the brain and the heart behind, DIVA Pageants, and for showing me the way to follow my dreams come what may … a big thank you to them for their excellent grooming and guidance during the four days, which gave me the confidence to participate at the international platform”, says Manasee.
“It indeed was difficult for me to leave my child home for 9 days, when I went to Dubai. My parents took care of him. I could reach there just because of my husband, Akshay’s support. I’m a granddaughter of Kandhane village (near Satana, Maharashtra) and my win made my native place proud of my achievements. My father Devaanand Birari and my father-in-law Amol Jadhav, both renowned political public figures in Nashik were simply delighted at my winning the crown. My father was the happiest person on earth”, adds Manasee.
Manasee has been passionate about whatever she pursues. Even though she was married at the young age of 20, she completed her education – a diploma in Mechanical &Aviation Management and later did her Engineering, then MBA in HR. Now she is doing her Ph.D. in HR. Next, she wants to apply for Civil Services. The adventurous woman was even selected for Formula 4 racing. What’s more – she also helps her husband in his business. “We have our petroleum outlets in Nashik. My family owns oxygen plants in Nashik. We supply oxygen to hospitals and industries in the district”, she explains.
And what’s next on the cards? “Now I am all set to fly to Turkey to participate at the Mrs. Global International World pageant”, beams Manasee excitedly.
