The award was conferred to recognize his contribution to developing the villages of Satara
SATARA: Padma Bhushan Babasaheb Kalyani, CMD-Bharat Forge, has received the Dr. Narendra Dabholkar Social Award from the Satara Nagarparishad in recognition of his contribution to the development of villages in Satara District. The previous recipients of this award were Dr. Abhay Bhang, Dr. Prakash & Dr. Mandakini Awate, Dr. Jayant Naralikar, Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar, Dr. Anil Kakodkar, and NAAM Foundation.
The award was bestowed by the CEO of Nagar Parishad and other officials of the Award Committee in his office.
