CHINCHWAD: Barbeque Nation, India’s leading casual dining restaurant chain, announced the launch of its seventh outlet in the city of Pune. Spread over an area of 4036 square feet, the brand new outlet is located on the 3rd floor, Elpro City Square Mall, Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra.
The restaurant was inaugurated by Mr. Deepak Kumar (Chairman and MD – Elpro City Square Mall) & Mr. Suman Mukherjee (Vice President – Barbeque Nation, Central Region) and around 20 kids from Punarutthan Samarsata Gurukulam were invited for the event. Foodies in Chinchwad now stand a chance to experience the joy of grilling their own vegetarian and non–vegetarian barbeques on the tables at the restaurant. Barbeque Nation’s 153rd outlet can serve over 128 guests in one sitting. The restaurant has been carefully designed keeping in mind the heritage and philosophy of the Barbeque Nation brand.
Barbeque Nation, the pioneer of ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of the live on-the-table grill, is the largest casual dining brand in the country. The restaurant offers a pre-fixed menu with a fixed price. The menu is drawn from the Mediterranean, American, Oriental, Asian and Indian cuisines. Customers can grill starters in a range of marinades and sauces and enjoy them right off the skewers, at their own tables. Apart from offering a delectable menu, the ambiance at the restaurant follows a theme that radiates a contemporary and vibrant atmosphere, with sizzling skewers on tables that double as the live kitchen.
The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation sees a plethora of dishes in vegetarian and non-vegetarian spreads. For starters, the non-vegetarians can indulge in the famous TANDOORI TANGADI, MUSTARD GARLIC CHICKEN, HARIYALI FISH TIKKA, CHILLY GARLIC PRAWNS and much more, while vegetarians can feast into the mouth-watering PESHAWARI PANEER TIKKA, CHEESY MUSHROOM, CAJUN SPICE POTATO, VEG GALOUTI KEBAB among others. The main course section for non-vegetarians includes CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI, FISH CURRY, DUM KA MURGH while vegetarians can indulge in SUBJI MILONI, KADHAI PANEER, VEG MANCHURIAN and VEG DUM BIRYANI and much more.
The dessert section comprises PEANUT BROWNIE, ASSORTED FRUIT TART to ANGOORI GULAB JAMUN and KERSARI PHIRNEE The wide range of Kulfi’s at the restaurant’s most famous Kulfi Nation counter will leave the guests salivating, where they can twist the Kulfi by mixing various flavors into one and create diverse combinations.
