Toofaan narrates the story of Ali, a local goon from the Mumbai suburb of Dongri, who in a curious case of turnabout embarks on a journey to become a professional boxer. With the guidance of one of the best boxing coaches Nana Prabhu, Ali beats all odds to become one of the best boxers in the world.
