PUNE: Gera Developments, pioneers of the real estate business and the award-winning creators of premium residential and commercial projects in Pune and Goa recently handed over Gera’s Adara and Gera’s Imperium Alpha projects to customers ahead of schedule.
Gera’s Adara, situated in Hinjawadi, Pune, has 266 units in total, most of which are duplexes, and equipped with voice-controlled home automation systems to consolidate all the smart devices at home. From curtain control to light automation in the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedrooms, the facilities offered under this project range beyond the usual.
The project was due for handover to customers in May 2021, however, despite challenges faced due to the Covid-19 pandemic including the acute labor shortage and the consequent lockdowns, it has been completed in advance, as a result of which, the handover activity was conducted through a 3-day by-appointment-only event at the site. Due precautions were taken to maintain social distancing and abide by the norms laid down in the pandemic.
Gera’s Imperium Alpha Project situated in Kharadi, Pune, is a commercial project with shops, restaurants, and offices and houses a total of 286 units. This project too was handed over in the last week of February 2021, well ahead of the August 2021 date committed in the agreement for sale, and customers were given possession through a by-appointment-only process over the duration of three days thus paving the way for customers to roll out their business plans ahead of schedule.

Gera’s Imperium Alpha customers too were delighted on receiving handover ahead of time as this has given their businesses the much-needed head start in the wake of the current pandemic situation.
