India -Oman Friendship on Upswing Dr. Jolly presents to Oman envoy “Modi India Calling-2021”

NEW DELHI: Senior Indian BJP Leader & President Delhi Study Group Dr. Vijay Jolly today paid a courtesy call on Ambassador of Sultanate of Oman in India His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Bin Saif Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Rawahi at New Delhi.

Dr. Jolly presented the Oman Ambassador a coffee table book titled “Modi India Calling-2021”. This book showcases 107 overseas visits of Prime Minister Narendra Damodar Das Modi to empower India.

Oman has a total of 49.7 lakh population out of which there are 7,00,000 Indians. Thousands of Indians are working as teachers, engineers, chartered accountants, lecturers, nurses, managers, etc acknowledged Dr. Jolly.  

The oldest Hindu temple in the middle east is the “Shiva & Krishna” temple in Muscat. India & Oman People to People & friendship is historical & can be traced back 5,000 years stated Oman Ambassador His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Bin Saif Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Rawahi to BJP leader Dr. Jolly. Oman is grateful to Govt. of India for providing 55 lakh doses of corona vaccines. The Oman envoy further stated “Heartfelt thanks to our close friends in India”.

Dr. Jolly also offered condolences on the sad demise of Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al-Said, last year, a close friend of India for decades. BJP Leader Dr. Vijay Jolly also hailed His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq Al-Said the present Sultan of Oman & Crown Prince Sayyid Dhi Yazan bin Haitham the apparent successor.
